New Location Jan 24, 2019

location. location. location. I have Moved To A New Office.

I am excited to announce that I have moved to a new location in downtown Stillwater. I have spent the previous 34 years in a building about a quarter mile away from my new location –my old office served me well, and I made great memories there, but I couldn’t be more excited about my new space.

The new office is actually a storefront in downtown Stillwater, putting me right on the street and looking out onto downtown’s main intersection. To the right is picture taken that shows the office. I am excited about the hustle and bustle happening outside my windows and all of the great restaurants within an easy walking distance of the new location. While I was happy with my space, there were several motivating factors to make a move:

Space.
The new office offers less square footage, but more importantly it allowed me to rethink my layout. I was able to start from scratch by building walls that better fit my needs. Overall, I now have more of an open plan rather than the more compartmentalized layout at my last place.

Visibility.
In my last office, I was on the first floor of a building surrounded by other businesses. While I really liked my neighbors, I lived a pretty quiet existence. I’m hoping my new location right downtown will help bolster my visibility in the area and help me more quickly come to mind as individuals and local small businesses owners require legal matters. Focusing on Wills, Revocable Trusts, Contingent Trusts For Children, Power of Attorney documents, Health Care Directives, Gifting and other Estate Planning, Residential and Commercial Real Estate, Leases, Purchase Agreements, and Deeds, Business Law, including setting up LLCs, S Corporations, Nonprofit Corporations, Federal Tax Exemption Applications with IRS, Buying and Selling Businesses with Stock and Asset Purchase Agreements, Buy-Sell, Other Contracts, Trademarks, Copyrights, Trade Secrets, Bankruptcy and Personal Injury matters.

Location.
What a difference a quarter mile makes. My last office was within walking distance of restaurants and coffeeshops however now the new space is right downtown and puts me within steps of more than a dozen great coffeeshops and restaurants. A few favorites from my window include Tin Bins, Dock Cafe, and Lora Hotel’s Made Coffeeshop. My new location allows my clients to easily take advantage of all the offerings of Stillwater while on their appointment at my office. I am huge advocate for this community, and I’m excited that our office location now furthers that commitment.  Click here to read more about enjoying my neighborhood.

I look at this new location as the start of another chapter in my history. I am still working on getting settled in and adding to my space, but I am incredibly excited to be here. I will be hosting an open house celebration on Thursday, January 24th from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. for local clients, and if you’re in the area, feel free to stop in and say hi!

Thanks for everyone’s support through the years and with the move.

The new address is 321 Main Street South, Stillwater MN, with entrance on Water Street, 2nd floor.
